thankyou for your video! Great advice. I was so scared to start my channel, but my kiddos talked me into it. Come to find out, my adult kids follow my videos which is awesome because as a mom you think your kids turn their ears off when you speak lol. My kids enjoy knowing that their parents are not perfect. I dont have much of a following and thats ok. I was always so nervous of someone knowing who I was. Even a year later I am still uncomfy behind the camera. But I’m learning 😊

I think its a mixture of taking some risks, being authentic, doing what you enjoy and taking some risks. Don't be vanilla every video. Do what interests you.

Well a lot of these UA-cam's are not really making that much,they are just faking it until they make it and most don't. So just make the videos and have fun if one person watches that's a start but if you are into only for the money etc. That's another story

I love your theory of having it for yourself as a memory. It is a video diary, and it will always be there for you to look back on your memories and for your family to look back on it. You are correct we all just need to do it and not worry about what we look like or what people might say. Thank you for your words of encouragement. I am going to be 60 in November and I’ve watched a lot of people in their 50s and 60s say that you’re never too old to start a UA-cam channel and you got quite the jump on us but good for you.
